PW Nigeria Ltd (Our Main Contractors)

PW Nigeria Ltd is responsible for the building and civil engineering works in Royal Gardens Estate. P.W.Ltd began in 1948 as H & D Flinn Ltd and was later renamed Public Works Ltd in 1963. P.W Nigeria Ltd was established in 1974 by Irish and Nigerian investors and has made a considerable contribution to the development of Nigeria. Projects completed include the airplane runway at Muritala Mohammed International Airport and infrastructural works at Nicon town for Chevron Cooperative Society.


ETCO Nigeria Ltd (sub Contractors)

ETCO Nigeria Ltd is responsible for the design and construction of electrical and water services in Royal Gardens Estate.

ETCO Nigeria limited is a contracting firm with expertise in Electrical and Mechanical engineering. Incorporated in Nigeria by Chaim Wess in 1963, it has over a large number of projects along the length and breadth of Nigeria. With the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), ExxonMobil and UBA as some of their clients, ETCO has proven it can handle projects of all sizes and magnitudes. Projects completed include the CBN headquarters, the ExxonMobil Headquarters, hotels, office blocks, residential complexes, factories, industrial installation etc
